Previously, on April 16, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Khiem (57 years old), residing in Phuoc Vinh ward, Thuan Hoa district, was passing Dang Huy Tru street when he discovered a white iPhone 12 phone that had fallen.
Instead of keeping the phone to himself, Mr. Khiem immediately took the phone to Phuoc Vinh Ward Police to report and ask for help finding the owner.
After receiving the report, the ward police force quickly used social networks to verify the identity of the person who dropped it.
