    Quang Binh - A man in Quang Trach found a leather bag containing 4.6 million VND and some documents, then returned it to the owner.

    On December 22, Quang Binh Provincial Police said that on the afternoon of December 20, on his way home from work, Mr. Cao Xuan Hung (born in 1998, residing in Van Tien village, Quang Luu commune, Quang Trach district, Quang Binh province) picked up a white leather bag containing 4.6 million VND and some personal documents. Mr. Hung quickly went to Quang Luu Commune Police to report and cooperate in finding the owner to return it.

    Quang Luu Commune Police checked and determined that the lost property belonged to Ms. P.T.H.T (born in 2002, residing in Phu Luu village, Quang Luu commune). Immediately afterwards, Quang Luu Commune Police contacted Ms. T and returned the property to the owner.

    Quang Luu Commune Police have commended Mr. Cao Xuan Hung for his kind, meaningful and humane actions. This is a beautiful action, worthy of respect, praise and widespread dissemination.
