This afternoon (October 10), the Organizing Committee of the "North-South sung of the treble" Art Program said that the program will be held at My Dinh Stadium at 8:10 p.m. on April 22.
"North -South promise" is an artistic speech program chaired by the Central Propaganda Department and the Central Committee for the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, Hanoi, directing the Military Corps Center, on the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the Unification of the country (April 30, 1975 - 30.4.2025).
Speaking at the meeting, Colonel Pham Van Tu - Director of the Military Radio -Center - emphasized, "North -South promise" is a place where memories cannot be faded, where the promises are forever echoed. That is the unified promise of the whole nation; appointment with the rear; Meeting in the front and international appointments.
The program is a journey back to history, about promises written with blood, tears and the steadfastness of millions of children of Vietnam.
The program will recreate promises through political and artistic language, combining historical documents, feature reports, scenes, music and modern performance technology.
One of the moving highlights of the program is the journey of the source of 120 veterans - the soldiers in the past return to the old battlefield, called the journey "North -South promise". Veterans will come to the Central Highlands to visit the old battlefield in Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City.
Also according to Colonel Pham Van Tu, in this art and political program, 2 T54 tanks of the Armored Arms Command (Ministry of National Defense) will be driven by soldiers into My Dinh National Stadium (Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi) for live-fire.
In the program, the tank drivers will be professional soldiers and the performing crew will be actors, they will sing the song "five brothers on a tank".
According to Colonel Tu, "The North-South treaty" is the largest political program with a stage ever with a scale of up to 2,700 m2. The stage is divided into 2 parallel blocks representing the North - South, in the middle is Hien Luong bridge across Ben Hai river.
"The highlight of the stage is the 3D mapping projection technology (a performance technique that combines lighting and dynamic photography to create a 3D effect) projected onto the water screen. This is something that has never appeared in any program before," Mr. Tu emphasized.
