    Thai Nguyen - The hundred-billion-dong road connecting the ATK area in Dinh Hoa district is being accelerated in construction, aiming to complete important items before Tet.

    The project to upgrade and expand the route from Km31 (QL.3) to the Dinh Hoa National Special Historical Site has a total investment of more than 300 billion VND. The investor is the Thai Nguyen Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board. The project will be implemented at the end of 2021.

    The route has a total length of 33km, passing through the communes of Binh Yen, Phu Dinh, Diem Mac (Dinh Hoa). This is a Group B project, meeting the standards of a grade III mountainous road.

    In which, phase 1 construction of the section Km21+231.5-Km33+600, divided into 3 bid packages, started in October 2021.

    Phase 2, construction from Km18+500-Km21+231.5, implemented from December 26, 2024, within 270 days.
