Having been involved in the profession of growing ornamental peach trees for 30 years, Mr. Nguyen Quang Phong (63 years old, in Hong Viet commune, Dong Hung district) shared: "For many years now, my family has brought peach trees to the Southern market to sell during Tet. This Tet, I brought about 1,000 peach trees of all kinds. To be able to move to the South in time, from the 12th of December, I started digging up the roots, wrapping the tree ball, and transporting them to the gathering place. This year, due to the impact of floods, the price of peach trees has increased somewhat compared to last year."

Peach trees that are transported long distances will be carefully wrapped in plastic by people.

According to local people, because peach trees have many small branches, wrapping them in plastic will fix the branches, prevent broken branches and flower buds from falling off, making it easier to arrange the trees.

A long-distance transport vehicle will carry about 200 - 300 peach trees of various types arranged alternately.

Therefore, our local government has created favorable conditions to help with tree gathering places, ensuring security and order, traffic safety so that people can feel secure in transporting trees to sell for Tet."
