The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2677/QD-UBND to adjust and supplement the 2025 land use plan of Hoai Duc district. Accordingly, there are 42 additional projects and 1 adjusted project, with a total land use area of about 373.21 hectares.
Previously, Hoai Duc district had its land use plan approved at the beginning of the year in Decision No. 144/QD-UBND with 125 projects, covering an area of over 838 hectares. After adjustment, the total number of projects in the district will increase to 166, with a total area of about 1,211.6 hectares.
In this list, there are 36 projects related to investment in construction, expansion and renovation of traffic routes. These projects play an important role in completing the inter-commune transportation system, improving technical infrastructure in new urban areas and existing residential areas.
According to the direction of the City People's Committee, Hoai Duc district needs to publicize the list of land use projects and urgently deploy land acquisition, compensation, and site clearance to ensure progress. The deadline for reporting the results of the plan implementation is before October 15, 2025.

1. Construction of the road from DT422 to Kim Chung - Di Trach Street (Duc Giang).
2. Upgrading and expanding DH-04 road from Dan Hoai canal to Ring Road IV (Minh Khai).
3. Upgrading and expanding the traffic route from the main road of Van Con commune to DH-04 road (Van Con).
4. The traffic route connects from Thang Long Avenue to TL423 in Phuong Quan village, Van Con commune (Van Con).
5. Inter-commune traffic route from Dong La to La Phu (Dong La, La Phu).
6. The road along Dan Hoai canal on the left bank (from Phuong Vien bridge to Dai Lo Thang Long service road (Song Phuong).
7. Ring Road 3.5 from Thuong Cat Bridge to National Highway 32 (Kim Chung).
8. Construction of a traffic road from TL423 road through the project to build Regiment 692 to Thong Pagoda, An Thuong commune (An Thuong).
9. Investment project to build Tan Phu Bridge across Day River (An Thuong).
10. The road connecting National Highway 32 - Lai Xa village to the land auction area (connecting Hoang Quoc Viet extended road according to the plan) (Kim Chung).
