The Thien Quan Center high-class apartment commercial center complex project has a total investment of 1,552 billion VND, 100% of investor capital. Scale of 39 above-ground floors and 2 basements.
At the groundbreaking ceremony of the Bridge Project, the road leading from the Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy Resettlement Area to Cuu Long Resettlement Area, Mr. Phan Minh Tri - Deputy Director of the Can Tho City Traffic and Agricultural Construction Investment Project Management Board (project investor) - said that when completed, the project will contribute to completing the regional transportation network, creating a convenient connection between Tan An and Long Tuyen wards. At the same time, connecting residential areas, creating favorable conditions for people to travel, transport goods and develop production and business activities.
The bridge and road project leading from the Resettlement Area of Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy to the Cuu Long Resettlement Area has a total investment of more than 74 billion VND from the city budget.
