For the investment project to build technical infrastructure for the Di Hau Craft Village Industrial Cluster, assign the People's Committee of Thach That district to preside over and coordinate with the investor to urgently propose and report on the adjustment of the project implementation schedule as a basis for implementing procedures on environmental licensing, fire prevention and fighting; send to the Department of Industry and Trade for appraisal and submission to the City People's Committee for consideration and decision according to regulations.
For the Chang Son Industrial Cluster Technical Infrastructure Construction Investment Project - Phase 2, the People's Committee of Thach That District will coordinate with the investor to speed up the progress, ensuring the completion of site clearance and starting the project before June 30.
For the Huu Bang Craft Village Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Construction Investment Project, the People's Committee of Thach That District focuses on directing the drastic implementation of site clearance; ensuring the completion of site clearance and starting the project before June 30.
For the Binh Phu I Industrial Cluster Infrastructure Construction Investment Project - Phase 2, the investor is required to focus and proactively coordinate with the People's Committee of Thach That District in carrying out site clearance work; ensuring the project's progress in 2025.
Assign the Department of Industry and Trade to regularly review, inspect, monitor, and urge implementation units, ensuring the progress assigned by the City People's Committee; promptly report and propose the City People's Committee to direct and resolve contents related to industrial clusters in the city.
