On November 24, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Dong Nai province has just sent a document to the People's Committees of Bien Hoa City, Long Khanh City and Tan Phu and Vinh Cuu districts on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units of Dong Nai province in the period of 2023 - 2025 according to Resolution No. 1194/NQ-UBTVQH15.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment said it has directed the Provincial Land Registration Office and the Information Technology Center to complete the conversion on the basis of land database and proceed to edit cadastral maps of wards and communes according to Resolution No. 1194/NQ-UBTVQH15.
2 cities and 2 districts have changed administrative boundaries of commune-level units. The cadastral map sheet numbers of wards and communes (old) after being merged into wards and communes (new) are changed and the cadastral map sheet numbers are renumbered.
For Bien Hoa City, transfer all map sheets of Hoa Binh ward and adjust part of the map sheets of Tan Phong ward to merge into Quang Vinh ward; transfer all map sheets of Thanh Binh ward, Quyet Thang ward and adjust part of the map sheets of Tan Phong ward to merge into Trung Dung ward; transfer all map sheets of Tan Tien ward to Tan Mai ward; transfer all map sheets of Tam Hoa ward to Binh Da ward.
For Long Khanh City, transfer all map sheets of Xuan Trung ward and Xuan Thanh ward to Xuan An ward.
For Tan Phu district, transfer all map sheets of Phu Trung commune to Phu Son commune; transfer part of the map sheets of Nui Tuong commune to Phu Lap commune; transfer all remaining map sheets of Nui Tuong commune after adjustment to Nam Cat Tien commune.
For Vinh Cuu district, transfer all map sheets of Hieu Liem commune to Tri An commune; transfer all map sheets of Binh Hoa commune to Tan Binh commune.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment requests the People's Committees of Bien Hoa City, Long Khanh City and Tan Phu and Vinh Cuu districts to send notices to the People's Committees of wards and communes with boundary changes according to Resolution No. 1194/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated September 28, 2024 of the National Assembly Standing Committee.
