Starting construction of 3,310 social housing units in Binh Duong

On March 9, Kim Oanh Group started construction of the K - Home social housing urban area in Hoa Phu ward, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province.

This social housing project is built on a 26.6-hectare land plot, nearly 4 large industrial parks of Binh Duong.

The project has a total investment of VND 5,000 billion to build 3,310 apartments, built in Singaporean style with full amenities such as: kindergartens, inter-level schools, outdoor sports areas, food areas, parks, swimming pools.

Currently, the investor has not yet informed the selling price of each social housing apartment.

According to Mr. Bui Minh Thanh - Vice Chairman of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee, the province has a rapid economic development rate and a large number of immigrant workers. The development of social housing is an urgent task to ensure social security and sustainable development.
