The Ministry of Home Affairs has just issued the latest dispatch on a number of contents related to mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State.

Authorized by the Minister of Home Affairs, Deputy Minister Vu Chien Thang has just signed an official dispatch to the People's Committees of provinces and cities on a number of contents related to mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State.

The document clearly stated that developing a project to reorganize and streamline the agencies of the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and mass associations assigned by the Party and the State after the merger and consolidation is a content that needs to be implemented when implementing Conclusion 127 of the Politburo and the Secretariat.

The implementation of this policy is also based on Decree No. 126/2024/ND-CP dated October 8, 2024 of the Government on the organization, operation and management of the association.

On that basis, the Ministry of Home Affairs requests the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities to base on the above policy and the instructions of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to coordinate in developing plans and plans to arrange associations in localities. The arrangement needs to be carried out according to authority, ensuring compliance with practice, contributing to streamlining units, improving management and operation efficiency of associations.

To ensure principles, goals, requirements for the content and progress of effectively implementing tasks and solutions according to Conclusion No. 127 of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Ministry of Home Affairs stated that the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities report to competent authorities to consider temporarily suspending the settlement of administrative procedures arising after March 1, 2025 for associations assigned by the Party and State in the locality, waiting for further instructions on the arrangement of the political system apparatus.

Previously, the Ministry of Home Affairs also issued a document requesting the People's Committees of provinces and cities to direct the temporary suspension of the organization of patriotic emulation congresses at the district and commune levels until the arrangement and organization of administrative units is completed.
