Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just approved a project to adjust the Zoning Plan (scale 1/2000) along Pham Van Dong Street (Vinh Hoa Ward) - Vinh Luong Commune, Nha Trang City.
Accordingly, the total land area adjusted for planning is 328.1 hectares, including 321.65 hectares of land area and 6.45 hectares of water surface in Vinh Hoa ward and Vinh Luong commune.
This area is planned to use tourism service land (more than 200ha by 2030), limited green land, specialized green land, national defense land, parking land, other technical infrastructure land, forestry land, sand beaches, coastal water surface.
For tourism service land in coastal areas, the maximum construction density is 25%, the maximum height is 40 floors; in mountainous areas, the maximum construction density is 10%, the maximum height is 7 floors.
Regarding space, the architecture of the adjusted planning area is expected to be divided into 3 sub-areas. In which, the sub-zone with the function of coastal tourism service area with a maximum construction density of 25%; the sub-zone with the function of tourism service area combined with mountains and hills with a maximum construction density of 10%; the sub-zone with forestry function.
The adjusted planning also notes the landscape development for the Co Tien mountain area, limiting leveling, respecting the terrain, mountainous landscape, exploiting beautiful views for tourism.

Encourage the development of underground space in areas that meet the requirements and conditions of terrain and geology.
The planning project also arranges 3 public parking lots with a total area of about 2.22ha. In the next implementation steps, it will continue to encourage the arrangement of interspersed parking spaces internally in tourist service areas, calculate the arrangement of underground parking spaces of high-rise tourism service works to ensure the demand for parking in the area.
Based on the approved Zoning Plan Adjustment Project, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requested Nha Trang City People's Committee and relevant agencies and units to organize the public announcement of the approved zoning plan adjustment content.
