On August 28, at the National Exhibition Center, Dong Anh, Hanoi, the Truth National Political Publishing House coordinated with the Central Public Security Party Committee - Ministry of Public Security to solemnly organize the book introduction ceremony "When the people need it, when the people are in need, there is the police" and "The Communist Party of Vietnam through congresses - Historical decisions".
This is an important event opening book exhibition activities organized within the framework of the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day on September 2 - one of the most brilliant pages in the history of our nation, a major milestone on the development path throughout the history of building and defending the country of the Vietnamese people.
The book "When the people need it, when the people are in trouble, there is a police" is an important publication compiled by the Central Party Committee of the Public Security, affirming the glorious tradition of the People's Public Security force of being absolutely loyal to the Party, to the Fatherland, closely attached to the people, "Forgetting oneself for the country, serving the people".
The book "The Communist Party of Vietnam through Congresses - Historical Decisions" by Associate Professor, Dr. Vo Trong Lam is the Editor-in-Chief, a special publication of the Truth National Political Publishing House to welcome Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
In the program, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Viet Thong - former Secretary General of the Central Theoretical Council and Mr. Nguyen Duc Ha - former Director of the Party Grassroots Department, Central Organizing Committee - shared about the content, value, meaning and core message of the two books "When the people need, when the people are in need, when the people are in difficult, there is a police" and "The Communist Party of Vietnam through congresses - Historical decisions".
Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam - Director, Editor-in-Chief of the National Political Publishing House Truth - affirmed that the implementation of compiling, editing, and publishing the book "When the people need it, when the people are in need, there is a police" is a continuation to concretize the Regulations on coordination to protect national security, ensuring social order and safety between the Ministry of Public Security and the National Political Publishing House Truth in the past time.
Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam emphasized that the content of the book truly represents the spirit of being close to the people, understanding the people, and serving the people of the People's Public Security force; clearly showing the "blood" relationship between the Public Security and the People. This will be an important document for Party committees at all levels to learn and research to serve the political tasks of Party organizations in the People's Public Security force.
With the spirit of the history of our Party as "a golden history", the book "The Communist Party of Vietnam through Congresses - Historical Decisions" has special significance to review the precious traditions of the Party, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Trong Lam stated that since its inception, the Communist Party of Vietnam has gone through 13 National Congresses. Each Party Congress is an important historical milestone recognizing victories, achievements and lessons learned along with the maturity of theoretical thinking and leadership activities of our Party in practice.
Faced with the task requirements of the new era - the era of national growth, our Party continues to strengthen the building and rectification of the Party and the political system to be clean and strong in all aspects; fight to prevent, repel, and strictly handle cadres and party members who are degraded in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation", firmly protecting the revolutionary achievements and innovation achievements of our people and our nation.
