The moment of national convergence
The National Exhibition Center was inaugurated on August 19, a key project of Vietnam, not only affirming its position in the country but also reaching international standards. This will be the venue for the exhibition of national achievements of the 80th anniversary of the Journey of Independence - freedom - Happiness from August 28 to September 5.
Recorded at the Center when the opening day of the exhibition is approaching, every small corner resounds with a bustling atmosphere: The light is adjusted delicately to honor the work, the experimental sound from the exhibition rooms, the models are placed exactly in position. Hundreds of workers and engineers put all their heart and skill into completing every detail, creating a hurried and solemn rhythm.
The hammers and recordings are interspersed with loud calls, all like an urgent labor song, racing against time. Some stretch electric wires, some install exhibition frames, some meticulously clean artifacts... All are highly focused to complete the final items in time, ready for the moment every eye turns to the Center, admiring the achievements of the 80 years of the Journey of Independence - freedom - Happiness.

According to the organizers, the exhibition will spread across many areas, from Kim Quy Exhibition House to outdoor spaces, each corner will have its own mark. In the outdoor area, Tay Stadium stands out with the space "Aspiration for the Sky" and "For a Green Future" - symbolizing the aspiration bird - displaying the aircraft model of leading airlines. In particular, the IL-14 aircraft was honored to be transported by President Ho Chi Minh.

Sharing with reporters, Mr. Le Chuong - technical manager of bringing the IL-14 aircraft to the National Exhibition Center - expressed his pride, mixed with a sense of responsibility and a surge of emotions when the project was gradually completed.
IL-14 is a plane of special historical significance because it once carried Uncle Ho. As soon as the task was assigned, we - the people in charge of the technique - were all enthusiastic and eager to do it. After 3 weeks, from the pieces, the aircraft was completely assembled here. To do this, we had to disassemble all: Exterior wings, tail, cross- solutes, directional steering wheels, two fans... and then transport them. Before that, we also surveyed, designed and erected support racks to ensure safety, then calculated the demolition and transportation plan" - Mr. Chuong said.
The moment of national convergence
Here, after the project is completed, historical stories and brilliant milestones will be recreated through many exhibition spaces, helping visitors look back at the past, understand the challenges the country has overcome and appreciate the value of independence, freedom and happiness more.

The organizers said that each space in the exhibition will be like a corner containing pieces of history, of the past and the present. The main hall is called "Vietnam - The Fatherland - The People" depicting cultural and artistic values, along with common achievements, notably the Vietnamese cultural identity.
Next is the Central Hall with the theme "95 years of the Party flag checking the road". A space that is both majestic and filled with emotions, recreating the long steps that the Communist Party of Vietnam has led the nation through many difficulties...
With a harmonious combination of tradition and modernity, the exhibition is not simply an exhibition space but an emotional journey, where each participant can step in and find a part of themselves in it. This space will not only tell the past, but also open up a prospect for the future, where Vietnam's aspiration to reach international standards is nurtured and developed.
