Among the projects started and inaugurated in Hanoi, the mark of private enterprises is very strong.
Just a few months ago, Vingroup Corporation held the inauguration ceremony of the National Exhibition Center with a total area of over 900,000m2, a total investment of 7,000 billion VND, positioned to become the largest exhibition center complex in Southeast Asia and in the top 10 largest exhibition complexes in the world. Yesterday, Vingroup continues to be one of the major investors actively contributing to key projects. A prominent example is the Olympic sports urban area project in Hanoi, with a total area of up to 9,171 hectares. This project not only develops sports infrastructure but also creates a modern living space, contributing to enhancing the position of the capital Hanoi on the international sports and cultural map.
SunGroup Corporation has also demonstrated the contribution of private enterprises to the reconstruction of Hanoi's cultural and ecological space with the renovation of To Lich River, not only improving urban infrastructure but also preserving and promoting the cultural values of the capital. In addition, this enterprise also invested in the project to build a road connecting Gia Binh Airport with Hanoi Capital - one of the strategic projects to help reduce the load on Noi Bai Airport and open up new development space for the area of the northern gateway of the Capital.
Another highlight is the Red River Landscape Axis Project with the participation of a series of prominent private enterprises such as Dai Quang Minh, Van Phu, MIK Group, Thaco, T&T Group and Hoa Phat, which promises in the future a modern, comfortable living space and bringing long-term economic value, while promoting the development of tourism, trade and services in Hanoi.
On a national scale, out of a total investment of 3.4 million billion VND, private enterprises participated in 138/234 projects with capital of up to 2.97 million billion VND, accounting for 82% of the total investment, showing a great mark of the private economy.
Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo on private economic development and Resolution 198 dated December 17 of the 15th National Assembly on a number of special mechanisms and policies for private economic development not only pave the way but also create motivation for the private economy to participate more strongly in the cause of national construction.
From yesterday's inauguration and groundbreaking ceremony, there is great confidence in the energy source from the private economy continuing to be released, contributing more strongly and effectively to key national projects.
