And the most prominent point in the General Secretary's message is the spirit of "enthusiasm for the people".
This restructuring of the apparatus aims to answer a fundamental question: How to make the government closer to the people, react faster, solve problems more effectively, and give more opportunities for people to participate in creating their own future?
In the era of digital transformation, globalization and comprehensive competition, reorganizing the political and administrative system is an objective and inevitable requirement.

With a new administrative apparatus, a determination to innovate from thinking to working, and a spirit of solidarity fostered throughout the revolutionary journey, Vietnam has enough basis to believe in a strongly rising future.
Rearranging local administrative boundaries is to expand development space, improve governance quality, and arouse national potential.
As the General Secretary affirmed: "The team has been streamlined, the lines are short". And from today, a new journey begins, the whole nation is ready to enter a new chapter of development, more courageous, stronger, for the people, for the country.
