From the end of 2024 to now, the Politburo has issued 9 resolutions of strategic significance, covering most key areas of the country. From resolutions on perfecting institutions, building a socialist rule-of-law state, streamlining the organizational structure; developing the private economy, enhancing the role of the State's economy; digital transformation, energy transformation; to education, health, culture and international integration - all towards the same goal: Bringing the country into a new era of development, based on strong internal strength, modern institutions and people as the center.
The outstanding common point of the resolutions is the innovation of development thinking. Instead of a growth model based heavily on capital, resources and cheap labor, the resolutions establish the requirement to strongly shift to development based on productivity, science and technology, innovation and national governance efficiency.
Along with that is a new thinking about organizing law enforcement associated with effective implementation. Not only decentralization and decentralization, but also associated with accountability. Not only streamlining the apparatus, but also improving the quality of the team.
And especially, the task of economic growth cannot be separated from progress and social justice. The macroeconomic achievements in the past time have been and are being directly transformed into social welfare, through investment in education and health, improving the quality of human resources and people's health care. The resolution on education and health is therefore not only of social security significance, but also the foundation for long-term development, ensuring growth associated with improving the quality of life of the people.
The system of major resolutions today is an important preparation step to bring the country into a new era of development - an era of thinking innovation, strong and stable reforms for development, development to improve people's lives and happiness.
