In the sacred atmosphere of celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2 this year, many businesses in all localities across the country have had many good and meaningful activities to spread the spirit of patriotism and national pride in the working and productive environment.
For example, starting from August 30, more than 600 officers, union members and workers of Scavi Quang Dien Company Limited, Hue City, put on the national flag when entering the factory.
Or in Lao Cai, these days, the Trade Union of Chien Thang Nghia Lo Garment Company Limited has organized union members and workers to bid flags before going into production. And to show national pride, the company has given each worker a uniform with a red flag with a yellow star.
It is welcome that this spirit during this year's National Day, not only in domestic enterprises but also spreads to many foreign-invested enterprises (FDI).
Typically, in Da Nang, the Trade Union of Panko Tam Thang Company Limited (the Korean business owner) coordinated with the company's Board of Directors to organize thousands of workers to simultaneously wear red uniforms - the national flag color on the occasion of National Day 2.9.
In addition to the national flag uniform, many FDI enterprises in Ninh Binh, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City... also organize for workers to sing the national anthem before starting work.
Interestingly, there are businesses, such as Wooin Vina Co., Ltd. (Nghe An), where workers singing the national anthem has become an activity every Monday morning. And this is the initiative of the Korean director himself, since 2012, when the enterprise was first established.
The scenes of garment workshops decorated with national flags and national anthems resounding in FDI enterprises these days not only evoke national pride, but also demonstrate the companionship between foreign enterprises and Vietnamese workers in common spiritual values.
In reality, these activities go beyond the usual form when they contribute greatly to fostering patriotism and national pride in workers, arousing the spirit of solidarity, creating motivation for production competition, building harmonious and close labor relations between owners and workers.
In the context of Vietnam's increasingly deep integration with the world in all fields, the presence of these cultural beauty has even more positive meaning.
It shows that when foreign enterprises come to Vietnam not only with capital and technology, but also share and accompany each other in unique and universal cultural and social values, that cooperation will certainly be strong and lasting.
This cultural beauty needs to be spread more strongly so that workers in factories can express and express patriotism in their own way.
