
1. Apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, honey and salt
Apple cider vinegar helps fight fungus, prevent hair loss and support hair growth. Coconut oil and honey moisturize and soothe the scalp, while salt removes impurities and sebum. This mixture helps detoxify the scalp and nourish hair from the roots.
How to do:
- Mix 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar with 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
- Add 1/2 bowl of salt and 1 tablespoon honey. Mix well again.
- Gently apply the mixture to the moist scalp.
- Massage the scalp for a few minutes and then let the mixture stay on the scalp for about 10 - 15 minutes.
- Rinse with warm water. Then wash your hair and get rid of your hair as usual.
2. Lemon, sea salt and olive oil
Lemon juice helps clean the oily scalp, removing dead cells and sebum. Olive oil is rich in vitamins A and E that nourish the scalp, while sea salt gently exfoliates and supports blood circulation.
How to do:
- Take equal amounts of lemon juice, olive oil and salt and put them in a bowl and mix well.
- Massage this mixture onto the moist scalp for about 5 minutes.
- Wash the mixture and continue with shampoo and conditioner as usual.
