Prolonged fatigue, difficulty sleeping
People with weak constitution often feel tired. Whether they lie down to rest on the sofa or go to bed at night, they still feel exhausted but have difficulty sleeping, and are even prone to anxiety.
This creates a vicious cycle when the more you are sleepless, the weaker your body becomes and the feeling of fatigue both physically and mentally increases. According to experts, this condition may be related to impaired heart and kidney function, especially common in people with kidney disease.
Hands and feet are often cold
Kidneys act as a "filter" of the body, helping to filter blood, create urine and support circulation. When the circulation process is good, heat from the body will be distributed evenly to parts far from the heart such as hands and feet, helping to keep warm. Conversely, if kidney function is impaired, the circulation process may be affected, causing hands and feet to be constantly cold and difficult to warm up.
Frequent urinary retention
In men, weak kidneys may be related to prostate problems, thereby affecting urination habits. When kidney function declines, patients may experience frequent or irregular urination. If this condition persists, urine is easily stagnant in the prostate area, which may gradually affect prostate health and increase the risk of diseases such as benign prostate hypertrophy.
