1. Not warming up before walking

2. Walking too much

3. Walking too early
Elderly people should not get up early to walk and exercise , especially in autumn and winter when there is a relatively large temperature difference between day and night. Exercising too early can cause many health risks. Therefore, this group of people should walk 30 minutes to an hour after sunrise.
4. Walk alone
When walking, it is best to have someone accompany you and try to choose a safe and comfortable environment. In particular, elderly people with underlying medical conditions should not exercise alone.
