Carrot juice
In a study published in the journal Science Midwifery, carrots rich in beta-carotene can help regulate hormone levels, reduce menstrual cramps and make periods more regular. To reduce menstrual cramps and regulate your menstrual cycle, drink a glass of carrot juice every day.
Just wash and chop the carrots, puree with a little water, strain through a sieve to remove the pulp and enjoy.

Turmeric milk
