When you stand, your body is moving in a position that is affected by vibration in a similar way to when you are doing daily activities.
In addition, when performing exercises in a standing position, the diaphragm, pelvic floor muscles and respiratory system must work harder to resist the force. This is clearly different from when you train in a back- lying position.
hip Lifting Exercises
This movement activates the lumbar squad in the lower back. Start by standing and putting most of your body weight on your left leg. Raise your right hip towards your shoulder. Then, switch sides.
Stretch your hand over your head
Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart. Raise both your arms high, making sure your biceps are close to your ears. Raise one arm higher than the other, extending the torso. Hold for a while, then switch sides.
Sick legs
Stand up straight with your bare feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Try to spread your toes out as wide as possible, with space between each toe and the next toe.
