On January 17, Director of Dak Lak Nay Department of Health Phi La signed Decision (No. 056/QD-SYT) on the transfer and appointment of public employees to leadership and management positions.
According to the decision, Mr. Trinh Hong Nhut - Director of Buon Ma Thuot General Hospital - was transferred to work and appointed to hold the position of Director of Tay Nguyen Regional General Hospital. The term of appointment is 5 years, from January 20, 2026.
The decision clearly states that the Head of the Organization and Personnel Department of the Department of Health; Central Highlands Regional General Hospital; Buon Ma Thuot General Hospital and related units and Mr. Trinh Hong Nhut are responsible for implementing this decision.
Previously, on October 3rd, Mr. Nguyen Dang Giap - Director of Tay Nguyen Regional General Hospital - was prosecuted and temporarily detained for investigation into the act of irresponsibility causing serious consequences related to the case of a broken gravel disperser but still declared to disperse gravel for 255 patients.
On October 4th, the Dak Lak Department of Health assigned Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thinh - Deputy Director of Tay Nguyen Regional General Hospital - to temporarily manage the hospital to ensure that work is maintained while waiting for competent authorities to direct.
