Prof. Dr. Tran Van Thuan - Deputy Minister of Health has signed a document to the Directors of the Departments of Health of provinces and centrally run cities on ensuring medical work for the 2025 high school graduation exam.
According to the Ministry of Health, implementing Directive No. 37/CT-TTg dated October 7, 2024 on strengthening the direction, coordination, and organization of high school graduation exams and university and vocational education admissions in 2025; Official Dispatch No. 58/CD-TTg dated May 8, 2025 on organizing high school graduation exams and early admissions in general education in 2025.
Official Dispatch No. 61/CD-TTg dated May 10, 2025 on organizing the high school graduation exam, ensuring the staffing of preschool, general education and summer vacation teachers for children and students in 2025 and the direction of the Prime Minister at the National Conference on organizing the high school graduation exam in 2025 on June 18, 2025.
To ensure medical work for the exam, the Ministry of Health requests the Directors of the Departments of Health of provinces and centrally run cities to organize the implementation of the Ministry of Health's instructions in Official Dispatch No. 3237/BYT-KCB dated May 28, 2025 on ensuring medical work for the high school graduation exam and university admission and vocational education in 2025.
Plan No. 770/KH-BYT dated June 5, 2025 on ensuring health care for the high school graduation exam, early admission to general education and university and vocational education admissions in 2025 and Official Letter No. 466/PB-BTN dated June 2, 2025 of the Department of Prevention and Control on instructions on infectious disease prevention in the 10th grade entrance exam, high school graduation exam and university and vocational education admission in 2025.
Official dispatch No. 928/ATTP-NDTT dated April 29, 2025 of the Department of Food Safety on ensuring food safety for high school graduation exams and university, college, and vocational education admissions in 2025.

The Department of Health continues to coordinate with the Department of Education and Training to organize inspections and supervise the preparation and implementation of medical facilities participating in ensuring health for the Exam. The unit's staff (clearly state their full name, mobile phone number, email) maintain 24/7 communication with the local Examination Council, have a plan to promptly handle any arising situations related to medical work for the Exam).
