Carrot and ginger detox drink
Ingredient:
3 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 piece of ginger
10ml lemon juice
A pinch of cinnamon powder
65ml water
Making:
Puree the vegetables and ginger with water until smooth.
Strain the water and add lemon juice, sprinkle with cinnamon powder and enjoy.
Carrot Salad with Lemon Dressing
Ingredient:
2 grated carrots
10ml lemon juice
10ml olive oil
15 grams parsley
2.5 grams sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Making:
In a large bowl, mix together the grated carrots, lemon juice, olive oil and parsley.
Season with salt and pepper, mix well, sprinkle with sesame seeds for extra crunch and enjoy.
Roasted Carrot Soup
Ingredient:
4 carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
250ml vegetable broth
10ml olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
A piece of ground turmeric
5 grams ground dill
Coriander leaves for garnish
Making:
First, roast the carrots, onions and garlic with olive oil in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Blend roasted vegetables with vegetable broth until smooth.
Heat soup, season and serve warm.
