Ingredient:
- 125 grams of oats
- 1 scoop of whey protein powder, flavor of your choice
- 1 ripe banana
- 65ml milk
- 1 egg
- 5 grams baking powder
- 2.5 grams vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 5 grams butter
Making:
Step 1: Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2: Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly butter the surface.
Step 3: Pour small portions of the mixture into the pan to make pancakes.
Step 4: Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the cake, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown, remove to a plate and enjoy.
