How to make potato green onion soup to help lose weight
Ingredient:
- 250 grams of chopped green onions
- 1 large potato, chopped
- 50 grams of boiled sweet corn
- 2 - 4 cloves garlic
- A little fresh ginger
- Salt to taste
- 5 grams of oregano powder
- 5 grams black pepper
- 5 grams of fennel powder
- 5 grams chaat masala
- 15ml lemon juice
- 5 grams of ghee for stir-frying vegetables
- Grated low-fat cheese for decoration
- 500ml water
Making:
Step 1: Take a pan and place it on the stove over medium heat, when the pan is hot, add ghee and garlic.
Step 2: After a minute, add the potatoes and stir-fry, then add the green onions. Cover the pan and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
Step 3: Add 250 - 300 ml of water and cover the pan. Cook until the food is fully cooked.
Step 4: Put food in blender, blend until smooth.
Step 5: Pour the mixture back into the pan and cook over low heat.
Step 6: Add salt, oregano and cumin powder. Adjust the thickness of the soup by adding water.
Step 7: When the mixture reaches the desired consistency, scoop into a bowl, then add lemon juice and mix well.
Step 8: Sprinkle chaat masala and garnish the soup bowl with grated cheese and boiled sweet corn.
