1. Diluted apple cider vinegar spray
Ingredient:
- 1 cup distilled water
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 clean spray bottle
Method:
- Pour distilled water into the spray bottle, then add apple cider vinegar.
- Close the bottle tightly and shake vigorously to mix the ingredients well.
- Spray the solution directly onto sunburned skin.
2. Relaxing bath with apple cider vinegar
Ingredient:
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- Warm water
Method:
- Fill the bathtub 1/2 full with warm water.
- Add apple cider vinegar.
- Soak your body in vinegar water for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Then, rinse with cool water.
3. Cold compress with apple cider vinegar
Ingredient:
- 1 clean cotton cloth
- Apple cider vinegar
- Distilled water
Method:
- Mix apple cider vinegar and distilled water in a 1:1 ratio.
- Dip a clean cloth in the vinegar solution and place it in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
- Take the cold cloth out of the refrigerator and apply it directly to the sunburned area.
- Gently press the gauze pad onto the affected skin area and leave it in place for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Once the cloth is warm, you can re-soak it in the vinegar solution and apply it again.
4. Mix coconut oil with apple cider vinegar
Ingredient:
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Method:
- Mix apple cider vinegar with coconut oil.
- Gently apply the mixture to the affected skin area.
- Leave for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Rinse under running water.
