Some mango recipes for kids.
1. For children from 7 - 8 months old
Pureed or mashed mango:
- Choose ripe mangoes and mash or puree them if your baby is still eating solid foods.
- Use about 45 - 50 grams of mango per meal.
- Mango can be combined with avocado, banana, cooked carrots or rice to create variety in texture and flavor for your baby.

2. For children from 9 - 12 months old
Mango smoothie:
- Use 50ml of curd and 50 grams of mango flesh.
- Mix them together and put them in a cup with a straw or spoon. Letting your baby eat mango this way will help develop his senses.
- To increase calories and nutrients, you can add some suitable powders to help your baby get more nutrients.
3. For children 1 year and older
Mango Yogurt with Dried Fruits or Berries:
- Take a baking pan/tray and spread the yogurt into a thick layer on the tray, add chopped mango and sprinkle with dried fruit powder, seeds or fresh berries.
- Freeze the mixture for 4 - 6 hours until frozen.

Overnight mango oatmeal:
