As of the end of May 25, the rate of free health check-ups and examinations for people in the province was 66,183 (accounting for about 9.9% of the province's total population).

In the early days of implementation, the health sector focused on prioritizing vulnerable groups such as elderly people aged 60 and over, poor households, near-poor households, people with meritorious services to the revolution, people with disabilities and people who have not participated in health insurance.
For communes and wards near the Health Center or hospital, people are allowed to be examined at the Department of Medical Examination of the unit.
For remote and isolated communes with difficult transportation, the health sector has directed the establishment of mobile examination teams to go to health stations, schools or village cultural houses to serve people.
