On November 9, the Gia Lai Provincial Department of Health announced that the unit has just had a plan (No. 678/KH-SYT) on recruiting health sector officials in 2024, with the number of officials that health units need to recruit being 1,435 people.
The scope of recruitment includes: Public service units under the Department of Health (except for autonomous units with regular expenditures such as Provincial General Hospital, Children's Hospital, Hospital 331 and Medical Assessment Center).
Those who wish to work at public service units under the Department of Health must meet the conditions and standards to register for recruitment according to regulations.
Candidates must have a clear background, be healthy enough to perform the job or task, and have the required diploma or certificate for the job title of the civil servant to be recruited.
In round 2 of the exam, candidates will take a written exam to test their professional knowledge and skills.
According to the Gia Lai Provincial Department of Health, recruiting medical staff is necessary to meet the new situation and provide health check-ups for people.
Gia Lai province's health sector strives to have 100% of commune health stations with doctors working by 2025, and the doctor/10,000 people ratio will reach 9 doctors by 2025.
Achieve 10 doctors/10,000 people by 2030, 22 nurses/10,000 people by 2025 and 25 nurses/10,000 people by 2030.
