On September 10, Mr. Nguyen Trong Dien - Director of Hanoi Department of Health signed and issued a decision on authorizing the management of work during Mr. Dien's absence from the agency.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Trong Dien authorized Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Health to be in charge and manage the work of the Department of Health during Mr. Dien's absence from the agency.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung is responsible for directing, operating, and handling the work of the Department of Health according to the Working Regulations of the Department of Health and relevant regulations; responsible before the Party Secretary, Director of the Department and before the law for the assigned tasks.
This decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Mr. Nguyen Trong Dien was born on October 17, 1974.
Mr. Nguyen Trong Dien is a doctor of medicine, and was appointed Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Department of Health in 2018.
