Mr. Thai added that according to the latest regulations, with the Northern Quang Binh Regional General Hospital, there will be 168 patients directly connected.
Patients not on this list still need to apply for a "Referral form to a health insurance facility". From here, when some patients come who are not on the above list, the hospital is forced to request a referral form.

Along with that, many people on the list of 168 patients still asked for referral papers. The hospital has clearly explained so that patients in the future do not need to ask for referral papers but go directly to the hospital.
