"If they say no, that means no," the video explains.
BBDO Argentina advertising company has invented "agreeable rubber packaging" for Tulipan. The rubber bag can only be opened when 4 hands press the button at the side of the box at the same time.
Limited editions of these rubber bags are placed at bars and events around Buenos Aires. The company is also sharing information about the product on social media with the hashtag #PlacerConsentido, which means "allowed joy". This type of rubber pack will be sold on the market at the end of this year.
"Tulipan always talks about safe joy, but with this campaign, we understand that we have to talk about the most important thing in every sexuality - happiness can only come when both agree" - CBS News quoted BBDO's Jo aquin Campins as saying.
According to AHF, a global nonprofit organization providing healthcare for HIV/AIDS, only 14.5% of Argentine men regularly use condoms, 65% say they use them occasionally and 20.5% say they have never used them.
Next Web said that "agreeable rubber covers" are a direct response to the above statistics, hoping to encourage not only agreement but also the use of rubber covers in general.
