Principles of menu building

To reduce uric acid, it is necessary to limit foods rich in purines such as red meat, organs, seafood; at the same time, increase green vegetables, fruits, whole grains and low-fat milk. Drinking plenty of water, avoiding alcohol and fructose-sweetened drinks are also important factors.

Suggested menu for 1 day
