On November 16, information from the Gia Lai Provincial Department of Health said that the unit has just issued a decision to impose administrative penalties and suspend the operations of two dental facilities in the area.
The suspension is for a period of 18 months, due to providing medical examination and treatment services without a license to operate medical examination and treatment.
The two violating facilities include: Kim Lux Saigon International Dental Clinic, located at 09C Nguyen Tat Thanh, Hoa Lu Ward and Yan Dental Clinic, located at 60 Pham Van Dong, Hoa Lu Ward.
Both facilities violated the law: Providing medical examination and treatment services without a license to operate medical examination and treatment according to Article 39, Clause 6, Point a of Decree No. 117/2020/ND-CP dated September 28, 2020 of the Government.
In addition to suspending the facility's operations for 18 months, each facility must also pay a fine of VND45 million.
