The company's social charity work is carried out in 3 layers in the following priority order: The first layer is to support employees and relatives in the form of cash, in-kind support or visiting when employees or relatives encounter sudden difficulties; The second layer is to support the locality where the company, branch, or factory is headquartered. The beneficiaries are households in especially difficult circumstances and poor children in the area; The third layer is to support the construction of schools and learning facilities for students in border areas, islands, remote areas, especially difficult areas nationwide. The company will sponsor through prestigious and large social charitable organizations of the State of Vietnam.
