Apple has just released iOS 26 Beta 4 to developers, continuing to refine and improve user experiences before launching a public beta at the end of July.
The first thing that is easy to notice in Beta 4 is the Liquid Glass effect - an impressive new design - that continues to be "softened", that is, increasing the resolution of the interface components such as the navigation bar in Photos, App Store, Safari... compared to the Beta 3 version, making the text and images easier to read.
A noticeable improvement is Dynamic Wallpaper, which adds the option to automatically switch between Halo, Dusk, Shadow color modes over time during the day. This change improves the personalized user experience.
In addition, Beta 4 also upgrades some other elements such as Camera application icon, Mail, changing the display layout of the password entry for easier use, while optimizing Safari - for example, the address bar is more compact when rolling, and CarPlay has a series of new wallpaper photos according to the iOS 26 color set.
iOS 26 Beta 4 shows that Apple is refining design changes, enriching AI and personalization features while still stabilizing the experience.
These are the next updates after the previous 3 iOS 26 Beta versions, to stabilize the user experience, before the public beta launch.
According to the annual schedule, Apple is expected to release the official version of iOS 26 in mid-September, right after launching the iPhone 17 series. However, the upcoming public beta will help users get used to changes in both features and interfaces soon - especially after Apple significantly adjusted the operating system design to better suit actual needs.
