First, people have to check if their devices can be upgrade, iOS 26 only supports iPhone 11 or later, including SE 2022 and later, previous generations such as XS, XR are not supported. And remember to Backup data fully to avoid being left hopeless/lost data during the upgrade process.

To upgrade to iOS 26 Developer Beta, people can follow the instructions below:
- Access developer.apple.com, select Account, then log in to the iCloud account on iPhone.
- It will require two-layer security, open the iPhone to view and enter that code into the website.
- After logging in, go back to Settings - > Software Update, and you will see a new entry, the beta Update (there was no entry at the beginning).
- click and select iOS 26 Developer Beta.
- return to the update interface and you will see iOS 26 beta, the rest is to press the update.
This is a test version, which may have errors, run out of battery, heat the device or not be compatible with some applications. Apple will continuously release new beta versions, next time it doesn't need to go to the web being imported anymore, to the settings there is a new beta update available there.
