Russia is developing artificial intelligence technology and has two main Russian AI language models, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin revealed at the plenary session of the Almaty Digital Forum.
"Artificial intelligence technology is developing. Russia has its own two main language models" - TASS quoted the Russian Prime Minister.
“We are developing our own specialized artificial intelligence computing clusters,” Mikhail Mishustin added.
During the plenary session of the Almaty Digital Forum, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin also revealed that the capacity of Russia's commercial data centers has nearly doubled over the past five years, with more than half of the equipment in these centers being manufactured in Russia.
"The capacity of commercial data centers has almost doubled in five years, although they are operating at more than 90% capacity. More than half of the high-performance server equipment and industrial storage systems used in data centers are produced in Russia," the Russian Prime Minister added.
According to Prime Minister Mishustin, Russian software is actively used - Russia has more than 35 industrial capacity centers for import substitution in this area.
