US President Donald Trump informed about the transfer of nuclear subscribers on August 1 on social media but did not specify the location of the nuclear subscribers or the capabilities of these vessels.
"Based on easily tense statements from former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, now deputy head of the Russian Federal Security Council, I ordered the two nuclear attack subscribers to move to appropriate areas," Donald Trump said.
When leaving the White House on the afternoon of August 1, Mr. Donald Trump also shared more about the transfer of nuclear subspace.
"Yes, we were forced to. A threat has been made and we do not think it is appropriate. So I have to be very careful. I do it on the basis of the safety of our people," said Donald Trump.
The US leader added: "A former Russian president has made a threat and we will protect our people."
The White House has not yet explained in detail about Mr Trump's announcement, including the time of the launch of the Submarine, whether there will be a mission statement for the moves and whether the Submarines will be equipped with nuclear weapons or run on nuclear energy.
The Defense Ministry also did not provide any information but forwarded all the reporter's questions to the White House.
Dmitry Medvedev recently spoken on social media about the deadline Donald Trump has set for Russia to reach a ceasefire with Ukraine or face sanctions.
"Mr. Trump is playing a card game with Russia: 50 days or 10 days. He should remember two things: 1. Russia is not Israel or Iran. 2. Every new article is a threat and a step towards war. Not between Russia and Ukraine, but with his own country," Medvedev posted on social network X earlier this week.
Earlier this week, President Donald Trump said he would shorten the deadline for Russia to reach a peace deal in Ukraine or face what he called secondary sanctions. The deadline was adjusted by Mr. Trump from 50 days to 10 days.
