President Trump warns Ukraine, Oman postpones Iran - Gulf conference, Houthi accuses Saudi Arabia of airstrikes on Yemen,... are noteworthy international news.

Mr. Trump warns Ukraine about attacks on Russian oil facilities

On September 13, according to TASS, speaking to reporters at a golf club in Ireland, US President Donald Trump said that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky needs to stop attacking Russian diesel production and supply facilities.

Mr. Zelensky must do one thing. He must stop attacking the diesel facility in Russia," Trump said, arguing that the raids are contributing to fuel shortages.

Mr. Trump said he had discussed this issue with Mr. Zelensky, and warned that attacks on Russian diesel facilities could affect not only Moscow but also the global fuel market.

On July 30, the Russian government imposed a temporary ban on the export of gasoline and diesel oil until January 31, 2027. In this context, attacks targeting oil facilities are at risk of continuing to put pressure on fuel supplies.

Oman postpones Iran - Gulf conference

On the same day, Oman Foreign Minister Badr al-Busaidi announced the postponement of the meeting between the foreign ministers of the Gulf countries and Iran, scheduled to take place on September 14 in Salalah city.

Mr. Badr al-Busaidi said the decision was made "for the benefit of consensus", while affirming that Oman remains committed to promoting dialogue to support stability and long-term cooperation in the region.

On September 11, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmail Baghaei confirmed that Tehran will attend the conference. Foreign ministers are expected to discuss regional issues and the results of Iran-Oman negotiations on establishing safe maritime routes for trade activities through the Strait of Hormuz.

Maritime operations through this strategic strait have been stalled amid US-Iran tensions that have lasted since February 28.

Houthi accuses Saudi Arabia of launching 58 airstrikes

In another development, the spokesman for the Houthi movement in Yemen, Mr. Yahya Saria, accused Saudi Arabia of carrying out 58 airstrikes targeting Yemen in the past 24 hours.

According to Mr. Saria, the provinces of Taiz, Lahij, al-Jawf, Hajjah, Al-Bayda and Saada are among the attacked areas. The airstrikes are believed to have been carried out by F-15 fighters launched from Khamis Mushait base in southwestern Saudi Arabia. The Houthi side did not disclose information about casualties or damage.

According to TASS, fighting between Yemeni government forces backed by Saudi Arabia and the Houthi has lasted since August 2014. On September 12, a member of the Houthi political department, Mr. Hizam al-Assad, told TASS that the movement had completed its military campaign in western Yemen and controlled the areas bordering the Bab el-Mandeb Strait.
