On the afternoon of July 23, the Ceremony to announce and introduce My Vietnam 2025 Run took place in Hanoi.

At the ceremony, Ms. Hoang Hoa Anh Duc - Representative of the Vietnam Exhibition Center, member of the Organizing Committee - said: "The I am Vietnamese Run with the theme 'Vietnam spirit' with a scale of 20,000 athletes in red flags with yellow stars is a vivid symbol of patriotism, national pride, youth and solidarity.
Not just a simple sporting event, the race also carries a great mission, which is to promote a green, healthy lifestyle and environmental responsibility.
The organizing committee aims to minimize plastic waste, increase green experiences, thereby spreading the message of sustainable transformation with the community, contributing to the realization of the Government's commitment to net zero emissions before 2050".

The Vietnamese race will have the participation of 20,000 athletes. Notably, record holder Do Quoc Luat will also participate in this tournament. He is the first runner to win 11 consecutive 10km distances in the National Athletics Championship.
"As a professional athlete, I am proud to participate in the Vietnam race. With a beautiful, safe route and passing through one of the 10 most beautiful exhibitions in the world, I and the runners are honored to wear the Vietnamese national flag and shirt, to participate in the playground imbued with the Vietnamese spirit. All runners will wear red shirts with yellow stars to spread the Vietnamese spirit to the world", athlete Do Quoc Luat emphasized.

"That's Vietnamese Me" is not only a regular marathon, but also a meaningful adventure, bringing participants from the modern life of Hanoi in the 21st century to the 2,000-year-old Co Loa citadel - the capital of Au Lac of the ancient Vietnamese people.
This is a rare opportunity to explore a land rich in cultural and historical traditions, where legendary stories about the crab, An Duong Vuong, My Chau, Trong Thuy, and unique architectural works are preserved and conserved to this day such as Co Loa Communal House, Thuong Temple, Am Ba Chua, Gieng Ngoc...
The My Vietnam 2025 Marathon will officially take place on August 24, 2025.
