Kim Hue and Ngoc Hoa reunite
Today (March 26), phase 1 of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship took place on the 6th day of competition. Notably, former player Pham Thi Kim Hue was present in the stands to watch the matches, including the match between Vietinbank and VTV Binh Dien Long An.
As a result, VTV Binh Dien Long An won with a score of 3-1. After the match, former player Kim Hue went down to the stadium to meet the athletes. The beauty born in 1982 had an interaction with her former teammate Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa. The two closely talked and took photos together.
In this year's tournament, former player Pham Thi Kim Hue will no longer participate in the coaching staff of the Vietinbank women's volleyball team. Meanwhile, middle blocker Ngoc Hoa still holds two concurrent roles as an athlete and assistant coach.
Lam Oanh and Kieu Trinh are commended
On the homepage, the Information Corps - Dong Bac Club has an announcement: "Lam Oanh and Kieu Trinh are two promising young faces of the Information Corps - Dong Bac Women's Volleyball Club. Wishing Lam Oanh and Kieu Trinh to continue to promote their collective strength to achieve high results in the first phase of the 2025 national championship with the whole team".
The double joy for the national team player couple when both of them and the army team won 3-0 against the Ho Chi Minh City women's team in the third match.
In the squad of the Information Corps - Dong Bac Command, Lam Oanh and Kieu Trinh are still two prominent faces and pillars of the team. Both are also an important pair of players for the Vietnam women's volleyball team.
Vinh Long men's team changes coach
Snooker Nguyen Van Du has officially parted ways with his playing career to take on the role of head coach of the Vinh Long men's team participating in the national A-class tournament in 2025.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Hien - Director of Vinh Long Sports Training and Competition Center said: "We have carefully reviewed and agreed on the expertise to assign Nguyen Van Du to take on the role of head coach of the team.
Vinh Long team wants new employees to work towards the best results. Van Du is a person with professional competition experience and everyone believes that the coach and the team will achieve the set results".
According to the list registered with the Vietnam Volleyball Federation, head coach Nguyen Van Du will have professional assistants in the coaching staff including Nguyen Van Hai and Tran Phuoc Dat when leading the Vinh Long team to participate in the national A-class tournament in 2025.
