A representative of the Organizing Committee of the 2025 National Youth Club Volleyball Tournament said that the matches will still take place on September 2 as scheduled.
The tournament started on August 30. According to the schedule, on September 2, there will be 4 matches including Hanoi - Border Guard, The Cong Tan Cang - Ho Chi Minh City Police (men) and the Information Corps - Vietinbank, Ho Chi Minh City - VTV Binh Dien Long An (women).
This year's tournament has the participation of 16 teams (8 men's, 8 women's) including VTV Binh Dien Long An, the Information Corps, Duc Giang Chemicals, Ninh Binh, Hung Yen, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietinbank, Long Son Thanh Hoa Cement (women) and The Cong Tan Cang, Ninh Binh, Tay Ninh, Border Guard, Khanh Hoa, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City Police, Da Nang (men) are young representatives of 16 teams competing in the 2025 National Volleyball Championship.
Each team is allowed to register a maximum of 14 players. The representative of the Organizing Committee also said that the matches during the holiday are expected to attract a large number of fans to cheer for the players competing on the field.
Last year, the women's champion team was the Information Corps while the men's champion was The Cong Tan Cang. The two teams aim to defend the No. 1 position in this year's tournament.
After this tournament, many players will continue to participate in the second phase of the 2025 National Championship, which will be played in October at Ninh Binh Provincial Gymnasium.
