More good news comes to the Vietnamese Sports Delegation with the winning of another silver medal in the women's traditional boat racing event at the 2026 Asian Beach Games on April 24.
The coaching staff of the Vietnamese women's traditional boat racing team said that we finished second in the first event at the Games.
On the competition day, the Vietnamese women's traditional boat racing team participated in the 100m event.
In addition to Vietnam, the event also had the host team China, Thailand and Taiwan (China) participating. Vietnamese rowers finished second with a result of 28 seconds 516. The gold medal was won by the host team China with a time of 28 seconds 260, while the Thai team won a bronze medal with a result of 29 seconds 631.
In the 2026 Asian Beach Games, the Vietnamese women's traditional sailing team participates with a squad including players Vu Thi Ngoc Uyen, Nguyen Thi Hai Anh, Nguyen Thi Tam, Le Thi Phuong Minh, Nguyen Thi Loi, Ho Thi Ne, Lai Thi Thuy, Bui Thi Yen, Phung Thi Ngoc Diem, Ma Thi Thuong, Diep Thi Thuy, Mac Thi Thanh Thuy and Le Thi Lan Anh.
