We have had 3 players enter the 3rd round of the individual recurve event: Nguyen Duy (men's event), Loc Thi Dao, Trieu Huyen Diep (women's event). However, none of the 3 players went to the medal match.
The Vietnamese archery team also completed the competition program in Shanghai (China) and achieved a bronze medal. The achievement was won by the Vietnamese athlete in the men's team recurve event.
