On October 1, the VTV A.O.Smith Pickleball Open 2025 Announcement Ceremony took place in Hanoi. The tournament is a prominent sporting event of the year, contributing to strongly promoting the development of pickleball in Vietnam.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dinh Dac Vinh - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Television said: "Pickleball has had great appeal and appeal in recent times. The VTV A.O.Smith Pickleball Open 2025 brings together nearly 700 athletes, including the participation of many famous tennis players such as Nguyen Dac Tien, Nguyen Anh Thang (Anh Chu Pickleball)... contributing to affirming the quality and attractiveness of the tournament.
The tournament is open to all male and female athletes in good health, including foreign athletes. In particular, the event also had the participation of artists, actors, singers, MCs, celebrities and businessmen...
The competitions at the tournament include open doubles (men's doubles, mixed doubles); movements below 35 years old (men's doubles, women's doubles, mixed doubles); movements above 35 years old (men's doubles, women's doubles, mixed doubles); artists, celebrities, businessmen (men's doubles, women's doubles, mixed doubles).
The tournament will start from October 24 to 26, 2025 at Happyland Stadium (Long Bien, Hanoi).
