Representing the Quang Ninh team are the girls of the Than - Khoang San Vietnam Women's Football Club. It is estimated that there are about 5,000 spectators who are Quang Ninh people and tourists.
The women's football exchange match between Quang Ninh team and Bach Sac City team is part of the people-to-people friendship exchange program, cultural and sports exchange between Quang Ninh and Guangxi, lasting 3 days, with many events taking place in Quang Ninh.
This program aims to effectively implement the Minutes of the Spring Meeting of 2026 between Provincial/City Party Secretaries of Quang Ninh, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Tuyen Quang, Hai Phong (Vietnam) and Party Secretaries of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (China); and at the same time implement the common understanding reached at the meetings between the Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism of 5 provinces and cities of Vietnam and the Departments of Culture and Tourism of Guangxi in September 2025 and February 2026, in order to promote cultural and sports exchanges between the two countries and two localities.
This is also an event to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of Vietnamese Physical Education and Sports (March 27, 1946 – March 27, 2026); and at the same time contributes to the implementation of foreign affairs activities of Quang Ninh province, concretizing the Party and State's policy on strengthening international integration according to Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW dated January 24, 2020 of the Politburo on international integration in the new situation and Plan No. 188/KH-UBND dated July 17, 2025 of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee on implementing Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW.
Activities in 3 days in Quang Ninh are expected to contribute to promoting people-to-people exchanges, cultural and sports exchanges between the two localities; contributing to consolidating solidarity and friendship between people in the Vietnam-China border area and building a border area of peace, friendship, cooperation and development.
